How to make noodles?
NOTE: You must mix the flour and knead the dough by hand, cut into small pieces, then repeat pressing the dough by the noodle machine until your favorites.

Step 1: Knead into dough (The radio of flour and water is 10:3), IMPORTANCE: Not too wet!!!<

Step 2: Make dough and cut into small pieces

Step 3: Power on the machine, rotate left to the pressing dough mode, start pressing dough from low gear.

Step 4: Repeat pressing the dough from low gear to high as your requirement. If you use 3/4 gear to press the dough, it will cut the 2.5mm round noodles. If you use 5/6 gear to press the dough, it will cut the 2.5mm linguine.

Step 5: IMPORTANCE: While adjust the gears, the screw must be inserted into the hole of each gear, otherwise the noodle maker machine will be damaged.

Step 6: Turn right to the noodle cutting mode.
